These terms govern your use of naturalclothes.com (the “site”), operated by Cattaneo Enterprises (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

Ratings are information, not a guarantee

Scores, tiers, evidence levels and product facts are our opinions, produced with the method described on how we rate. Scores are based on brand-published information unless marked otherwise, and are provisional while the site is in beta. Brands may change materials, suppliers or certifications at any time. Always check the retailer’s product information, including fiber content and care, before you buy, especially if you have allergies or sensitivities.

No warranties

The site and all content, including scores, are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any score is accurate or current.

Affiliate links and third-party sites

The site links to retailers and brands, and some of those links are affiliate links that may earn us a commission (see our affiliate disclosure). We do not sell products. Any purchase is between you and the retailer, and is governed by the retailer’s terms, prices, shipping and return policies. We are not responsible for third-party sites or products.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cattaneo Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Intellectual property

The site’s text, scores, rating method, illustrations, design and the Natural Clothes name are owned by Cattaneo Enterprises or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or create derivative databases of our scores without written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify products.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means at a rate that burdens it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Cattaneo Enterprises is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable U.S. federal law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
