Brands: request a correction

If you represent a brand and think a rating or product fact is wrong or out of date, we want to hear from you. Please include:

• The product name and its URL on your site.
• What you believe is incorrect, and what it should say.
• Supporting evidence: fiber and component breakdowns (fabric, thread, elastic, trims, labels), dye and finish details, and certificate numbers we can look up in the certifier’s database (for example GOTS, Regenerative Organic Certified, OEKO-TEX or Fair Trade), or independent lab reports.

Verified evidence can raise a product’s evidence level from claimed to checked or tested. Corrections are reviewed under the same published method as every other rating. Brands cannot pay for a rating or a score change.
